Catalysis and Activation
The 'Catalysis and Activation' group is dedicated to exploring coordination chemistry and electrocatalysis. Our research focuses primarily upon the use of abundant metals to facilitate catalytic and electrocatalytic reactions, and our projects are particularly centered upon the activation of small molecules (H2O, CO2, H2) and organic functional groups. We also have an interest in phosphorus chemistry, which is an area that offers considerable potential for developing new molecules and applications.
