Mass Spectrometry
The lab is equipped with several mass spectrometers:
® FT-ICR SolariX XR (9.4 Tesla) (Bruker). Ionisation modes: ESI, nanoESI, APCI, APPI and laser desorption in the presence of a matrix (MALDI). Injection modes: (1) Direct injection with a syringe or an automatic sampler "Nanomate" (Advion) and(2) coupling with chromatography LC or nanoLC. Activation methods: SORI-CID, IRMPD, ECD and ETD
Accessible via the Infranalytics platform.
® Mass spectrometry coupled with chromatography
- Quadrupole trap 240 (Varian) equipped with a hybrid ion source coupled to a GC (450 series gas chromatography)
- Two quadrupole traps (Saturn 2000, Varian) coupled to a GC (CP-3800) and a pyrolyser
- Triple quadrupole 7000D GC TQ coupled to a GC (7890B) with electron impact and chemical ionisation for ionisation (Agilent)
- TIMS-TOF equipped with ESI, APCI (liquid and solid introduction) and APPI for ionisation (Bruker) coupled to a Agilent pump.
